The presentation is the most exciting part of the project before it gets built.
During the presentation phase the Designer presents the Client with the design process, conceptual direction, space plan option/s, elevation/s and 3D color renderings along with proposed materials and fixtures.
At this stage the Client has to confirm that all requirements are met and the design implementation works for the project.
The Client has an opportunity to critically review all the features of the design in details, provide feedback and suggest new changes or improvements within the scope of the approved requirements.
Typically the Client has one complimentary revision included before Finalization at no extra charge.
